Explanation of Information Given in the Table

Memset API Name

This name is used by the Memset API. Use this when provisioning new servers using the API.

Cloud VPS / Dedicated Server

This indicates whether we offer an operating system on Cloud VPS and Dedicated Servers respectively.

End of Life

End of life indicates the date at which an operating system will stop getting updates from the vendor. We attempt to keep End of Life dates accurate and up-to-date, but please check with the vendor. Once an OS reaches EOL it will only be available for re-install.

Status

The operating system status is set by Memset:

Live in API and Website

Indicates that new servers can be provisioned with the operating system.

Reinstall only

Means that we do not offer new servers with this operating system, but we can re-image an existing server.

Obsolete / End of Life

We are not able to offer new servers or re-image existing servers with these operating systems.

Cloud VPS Export Compatible

Cloud VPS Export compatible indicates whether or not our Cloud VPS Export feature supports this operating system.
